Do you accept walk in clients?

We respect our clients time and so make every effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. With that in mind we only work by appointments

Do you accept linx and credit card payments?

Yes, we do.

What are your business days and hours?

Tuesday- Saturday (some Sundays as well) 9:00am-5:00pm (but we are flexible to accommodate the client needs)

Is Keratin a straightner?

No. Keratin Smoothing Therapy treatments repair damage and breakage, reduce frizz, curl and unruly flyaways, and make the hair smoother and healthier-looking. They also prevent humidity, the main cause of frizz, from impacting the hair.

How long is the colouring process?

it is unpredictable because everyone hair reacts differently to colour. However, colour work do take some time so I suggest you walk with something light to eat and your patience please 😊.

Can box dye hair be coloured?

It all the depends on the colour you wish to achieve. I suggest you come in for a hair consultation, so that the stylist can advise you of your options.

Can you turn hair from red to blonde?

Definitely! The process to transform red hair to a blonde colour is easy as 1.2.3 with a colour extracting product 😊. This product doesn’t cause any damage or dryness to your hair. It simply removes the red undertone out of your hair and revert it back to its previous colour so that we can start the blonde process.

Do you use Olaplex with your colour work?

Yes and we also use Colourplex as well!

Why is deep conditioning important?

Deep conditioning provides more intense strengthening and moisturizing, it “restores” natural oils and can also eliminate dry & brittle hair. Deep conditioning also enhances your hair’s luster (sheen) and body.

Do you do hair extensions?

We only do stick-ins and clip-ins hair extensions

What if i'm running late?

We understand things happen, and you end up stuck at work or in traffic. If you are running late for your appointment, call the salon and give us a heads up. Running late puts us behind for the rest of the day, leaving a domino effect. If the first client is 15 mins late, every appointment for the rest of the day will be 15 - 20 minutes behind, leaving some clients annoyed.
